1. HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Our products are unique pieces made to order: for this reason, please contact us directly for all orders/requests at our email address info@artigia.it.

2. what are the expected delivery times?

Our delivery times vary depending on the product and are generally between six and ten weeks for collection models. Delivery times for custom orders are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The weeks expected for delivery are considered starting from the finalization of the order and the actual receipt of payment.

3. can i customize my order?

We offer customization for most of our products, as they are made specifically to measure for you. We will evaluate together any requested modification: do not hesitate to contact us directly at the studio at info@artigia.it.

4. what safety certifications do the products have?

Targeted design for each destination country based on technical standards. CE and UL certification of all components is guaranteed, and specific certifications will be provided according to the request.

Our lamps are “universal voltage” and include integrated LED lamps, which are intrinsically safe. Traditional certifications are not applicable due to the low voltage of these lamps; however, the power supply provided 1 is UL/CUL, CE, GS, RCM, CCC and PSE certified and interchangeable for use in North America, Europe, United Kingdom, Australia and China.

5. what should i do if my product is damaged?

All requests regarding defects and/or damages must be made by email to info@artigia.it within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Any return/refund requests must include photographs along with a written description of the damage present. If breakages have occurred during shipping, all packaging must be retained by the recipient; failure to do so may invalidate any claim. For any doubts, do not hesitate to contact us.

6. how is payment made?

We accept bank transfers; we will provide you with our bank details upon confirmation of the order.

7. how do I take care of the product?

 All our finishes are handcrafted. The finish is alive and is destined to form patina over time: any visual defects present may be indicative of the uniqueness and craftsmanship of the realization.

Metal: As a general rule, we recommend dusting gently with a soft cloth. Please refrain from using any liquids or chemical cleaning solutions as they may damage the finish.

Glass: Glass items should be cleaned with a soft, lint-free cloth, or a microfiber cloth. Please avoid using any liquids or chemical cleaning solutions. Refrain from scrubbing and do not use oily substances. Greasy stains can be removed with alcohol or citric acid dissolved in distilled water.
